Office of the Chief Executive 

Salary: R440 484 – R580 660 (per annum inclusive of benefits)

  

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Management or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in administration, governance, or a related field.
  • Valid unendorsed driver’s license

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and governance software

Key Outputs:

Reporting to the Board Secretary, the appointee will:

  • Prepare documentation, correspondence, as instructed by the Board Secretary using the applicable MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point)
  • Maintain a register of ‘In and Out’ documentation
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
  • Arrange parking, secure meeting rooms and arrange catering
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for those parties outside the vicinity of the meeting venue
  • Administrative Support to the Board and Sub-Committees
  • Schedule meetings for the Board and Sub-Committees
  • Circulate meeting invites to all attendees (including agendas, all required pre-meeting documentation and time and venue) within the required time frames
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to prepare the corporate calendar for all Board and Sub-Committees meetings
  • Submit the calendar to the Board Secretary for approval
