Amatola Water´s Board members who serve a four-year term of office have pledged their commitment to ensure that the affairs of the organisation are conducted with integrity and in accordance with generally accepted corporate practices. The Board is committed to upholding the governance principles incorporated in the Code of Corporate Practices and Conduct set out in the King II report and the Protocol on Corporate Governance in the Public Sector 2002.
